It also assessed their general health status scale was used to assess depressive symptoms mood and psychological health.

The study involved people who had lost their jobs and those who had managed to return to workforce.

Stress is a persistent tension between the relentless nature of humans and animals, being one of its greatest uncertainty sources.

Therefore the long-term insecurity on the job can increase blood pressure and hormone levels leading to stress, which continued over time can lead to health problems.

Anything that employers can do to provide more information to workers about what is likely to happen, it’s probably a good choice, to avoid uncertainty and thereby greatly stress.

One of the most stressful aspects of job loss, is in the loss of benefits that go with it, a difference in this respect is shown among the many European countries that have nationalized health systems, avoiding this problem, but in the case of U.S. health coverage is linked to employment and in this country where it is most marked impact on the health of the unemployed by the current economic slowdown.
