<p><strong>There are predisposing causes such as</strong>:<br />
- Heredity.<br />

- Pregnancy, especially in recent weeks.</p>
<p><strong>General Care</strong>:<br />

- Avoid highly seasoned foods and excessive alcohol consumption.<br />

- Sitz baths in the bidet, with cold or slightly warm, never hot.<br />
