The heat and increased physical activity make it light and refreshing drink products such as fruits, vegetables and yogurts, which have excellent nutritional properties.</p>
<p><strong>Yoghurt</strong></p>
<p>Probiotics are, along with fruits and vegetables, products consumed during the summer. The resulting fermented milk yogurt contains a large number of live and active bacterial cells with positive effects on health.</p>
